SMAT 2025-26: Sarfaraz Khan scores maiden T20 century in Mumbai vs Assam game
Sarfaraz Khan scored his maiden T20 century in 47 balls during Mumbai’s group-stage fixture against Assam in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in Lucknow on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old Sarfaraz, playing a T20 game after two years, reached the three-figure mark with a single on the penultimate ball of Mumbai’s innings.
In his 97th T20, Sarfaraz hit eight fours and seven sixes to remain unbeaten on 100 as Mumbai finished with a huge total of 220 for 4 at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium B.
