South Africa will eye a 3-0 series sweep over West Indies when the two teams face off in the third and final T20I at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg on Saturday.
The Proteas took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series after successfully chasing down a 222-run target in the second game. Opener Quinton de Kock led the run chase with a blistering 49-ball 115, while Ryan Rickelton smashed 77 runs off 36 balls.
The third and final T20I will be the last opportunity for both teams to finalise their preparations ahead of next month’s T20 World Cup.
The South African players will don pink jerseys to celebrate the annual Pink Day, aimed at increasing awareness and raising funds for the fight against breast cancer.
