Alyssa Healy, Deepti Sharma headline marquee list for WPL Auction 2026 – reports
Alyssa Healy and ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 winner Deepti Sharma will headline the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 auction marquee list, according to reports.
Apart from Healy and Deepti, the other players in the marquee list are Sophie Devine, Sophie Ecclestone, Amelia Kerr, Meg Lanning, Renuka Singh, and Laura Wolvaardt.
Deepti was named captain of the UP Warriorz after Healy pulled out due to injury ahead of the last edition, but neither players were retained ahead of the 2026 edition.

Lanning, who led the Delhi Capitals to three consecutive finals, was also released by the franchise.
The WPL 2026 auction is scheduled to take place on November 27 in Delhi.
The Mumbai Indians is the defending WPL champion after it beat the Delhi Capitals by eight runs in the final of the 2025 edition.
