Alaves v Barcelona: Commentary, updates, goals and stats as champions head to Vitoria

Barcelona boss Hansi Flick insists there will be no title hangover when his side go to relegation-threatened Alaves tonight.

Barca clinched the Liga crown with a routine win over troubled Real Madrid on Sunday but Flick is confident they will still perform in Vitoria having set a new target for the remaining three games of the season.

He said: “Our goal is to get the 100 points, and for this you have to win the three games. We have celebrated a lot but it is also possible to continue playing well.”

Alaves slipped to second-from-bottom last night following Levante’s shock win at Celta Vigo and they start the evening two points from safety amid a mad scramble to stay in the top flight.

Half the division are in the fight, with even 11th-placed Osasuna having one eye on the situation beneath them.
