Sri Lanka tour of Afghanistan 2026 Schedule: Full list of matches, dates, timings
Afghanistan will play six white-ball matches against Sri Lanka in the United Arab Emirates next month, it was announced on Monday.
The Afghanistan Cricket Board said there will be three ODIs and three T20I matches from March 13 to 25.
War-ravaged Afghanistan has never hosted an international match, instead having to play its home fixtures in India or the United Arab Emirates.
The three T20Is are in Sharjah on March 13, 15 and 17.
The three ODIs will be played in neighbouring Dubai on March 20, 22, and 25.
Afghanistan exited the ongoing T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka in the group phase.
It is yet to appoint a new head coach after former England batter Jonathan Trott’s time in charge ended following the team’s T20 World Cup campaign.
