Rising Star Manas Dhamne Secures Madrid Masters Wildcard


Indian tennis prodigy Manas Dhamne is set to take the international Masters stage once again. The 18-year-old, currently the third-youngest player in the ATP Top 500, has been awarded a prestigious wildcard for the Mutua Madrid Open qualifying rounds.

This marks Dhamne’s second consecutive appearance in the Madrid qualifiers. Last year, the teenager showed immense grit against then-ATP Top 100 player Luca Nardi, pushing the Italian in a competitive 4-6, 4-6 defeat.
