Gurjapneet Singh takes hat-trick for Tamil Nadu against Nagaland in Ranji Trophy
Tamil Nadu pacer Gurjapneet Singh took a hat-trick against Nagaland in a Ranji Trophy 2025-26 second-round game in Bengaluru on Sunday.
The left-arm pacer took the wickets of Sedezhalie, Hem and R Jonathan early in the Nagaland first innings to claim his hat-trick.
Gurjapneet is the third bowler to take a hat-trick in the ongoing round of Ranji Trophy, following Services players Arjun Sharma and Mohit Jangra, who performed the feat against Assam at Tinsukia District Sports Association Ground in Tinsukia on Saturday.
Gurjapneet is the first Tamil Nadu player to take a Ranji hat-trick since M Mohammed achieved three-in-three in 2018 against Madhya Pradesh in Dindigul.
