First unofficial ODI between India A and Australia A rescheduled for today
The first unofficial one-dayer between India A and Australia A, which was washed out on Tuesday, has been rescheduled for Wednesday at Kanpur’s Green Park Stadium.
The decision was taken late on Tuesday evening, a source from the Kanpur Cricket Association told Sportstar.
“There was no water on the outfield last night. The ground staff worked through the night after the rain stopped,” the source said.

However, with rain predicted on Wednesday morning, the final call will be taken closer to the scheduled start of play at 1:30 p.m.
“We were told by the match officials to go ahead with the contest on Wednesday, weather permitting. If we do have a game, it will be played behind closed doors,” the source added.
The second game of the unofficial series is scheduled for Friday at the same venue.
