Bangladesh women’s tour of India postponed: Report
Bangladesh women’s team’s limited overs tour of India in December has been postponed.
According to an ESPNCricinfo report, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) received a letter from Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) stating that the series will be moved to a later date.
The newly-crowned World Champion India was scheduled to take on Bangladesh in three ODIs and three T20Is. The ODI series would have marked the beginning of the ICC Women’s ODI Championship for both teams.
Both teams last met in the league stage of the Women’s World Cup in Navi Mumbai in October, with the match getting called off due to rain.
