India beat New Zealand by 96 runs to claim the T20 World Cup 2026 title in Ahmedabad on Sunday.
The teams participating in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 will receive a share of the overall prize money amounting to USD 11 million (INR 101 crore) with each team assured of at least USD 112.500 (INR 1.03 crore).
India will now earn USD 2.34 million (INR 21.5 crore) in earnings after the competition, while New Zealand will receive USD 1.17 million (INR 10.75 crore).
