ICC T20 World Cup 2026: Jagadeesan century powers India A victory over USA in warm-up match
N. Jagadeesan scored a blistering century to power India A to a comfortable 38-run victory over USA in their ICC T20 World Cup warm-up match at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on Monday, February 2.
Jagadeesan completed his century from 49 balls in a dazzling display that saw his score 11 fours and five sixes. The veteran batted was ably supported by cameos from Priyansh Arya and Tilak Varma, before India A skipper Ayush Badoni put the finishing touches on the innings with 60 not out from 26 deliveries as India A finished on 238 for three.
USA was behind the asking rate from the start of the chase, and though a few batters were able to play some eye-catching strokes, it never came close to threatening the target.
