India announces squad for Rising Stars Women’s Asia Cup 2026; Radha Yadav named captain
Radha Yadav will lead India A at the Rising Star Asia Cup next month, with the squad announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Saturday.
India A, the defending champion, is drawn with Pakistan A, Nepal and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and starts the campaign against UAE on February 13.
It is the second edition of the tournament, with the previous inaugural edition played in Hong Kong three years ago.
India A squad for ACC Rising Star Asia Cup Team:
Humairaa Kaazi, Vrinda Dinesh, Anushka Sharma, Deeya Yadav, Tejal Hasabnis, Nandani Kashyap (wk), Mamta M (wk), Radha Yadav (c), Sonia Mendhiya, Minnu Mani, Tanuja Kanwer, Prema Rawat, Saima Thakor, Jintamani Kalita, Nandani Sharma.
Though Deeya and Mamta have been named in the squad, both are subject to clearance from the BCCI Centre of Excellence.
