In case you’re wondering, the tournament has moved away from the traditional knockouts system and as a result, the Super League stage was introduced. Here’s how things work:
The division of the two Super League groups was predetermined by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) as follows:
- Super League Group 1: A1, B1, C2, D2 (Mumbai, Hyderabad, Haryana, Rajasthan)
- Super League Group 2: C1, D1, A2, B2 (Punjab, Jharkhand, Andhra, Madhya Pradesh)
The winner of each group will play for the title on December 18 at the MCA Stadium in Pune.
