Venkatesh Prasad wins KSCA president election
Former Indian pacer Venkatesh Prasad was elected as the new president of Karnataka State Cricket Association, following elections which happened on November 30.
Prasad, who heads ‘Team Game Changers’, staved off the challenge from K.N. Shanth Kumar, of ‘Team Brijesh’, to win the election.
Team Brijesh is backed by former India cricketer and administrator Brijesh Patel.
Team Game Changers also secured the secretary and vice president positions with Santosh Menon and Sujith Somasundar winning them respectively.
