Mushfiqur Rahim becomes 11th batter to score century in 100th Test


Bangladesh’s Mushfiqur Rahim scored a century in his 100th Test on Thursday, the second day of the second game of the two-match series against Ireland in Mirpur.

The 38-year-old Rahim is the first from his country and overall, the 11th batter in the history of Test cricket to achieve the milestone.

Rahim, already the most capped Bangladeshi player in the longest format, hit xx fours during his innings and reached the three-figure mark in 195 balls.
