The post-lunch session, the third and final one of the day, will span from 2 PM IST to 4 PM IST.

The match will be the first-ever Test to be held in Guwahati.

Usually, Test matches in India begin at 9:30 AM IST, with lunch being taken at 11:30 AM IST. The second session is held between 12:10 AM IST and 2:10 PM IST, followed by the tea break. The final session runs from 2:30 PM IST to 4:30 PM IST, and can be extended by half an hour to allow 90 overs of action in the day.
